Our Automotive Service Department grew out of a three-bay quick oil change. We realized that we needed a dedicated department to meet customer demand for tune-ups, water pumps, air conditioning service and so on. In 1994, we began hiring technicians with more ability and training.

We now have four ASE certified technicians in this department-3 ASE Master Techs and 1 ASE tech. A Master Technician is one that has passed difficult written tests in all eight areas of auto repair: Brakes, Steering & Suspension, Engine Repair, Engine Performance, Automatic Transmissions & Transaxles, Manual Drive & Axles, Electrical/Electronic Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning. Certification also requires many years of on-the-job hands-on-experience. Our capabilities in this department cover the gamut of auto repair-anything from changing out an alternator to a complete engine and transmission installation. And we will work on a wide range of cars and light trucks. We are also a preferred installer for Jasper remanufactured engines and transmissions.

Besides having the most wonderful employees on the earth in this department, we are also proud to say that we use Alldata computerized databases for repair information (over 12 million pages

on CD-ROM discs), as well as large in-house library of automotive repairmaterials. We have DSL access to the Internet and can find whatever repair information and technical service bulletins that are available.

We have a lot of time and money invested in tools and diagnostic equipment. We love working on fleet vehicles and we stay ready and able to get your car of truck back on the road in the shortest amount of timepossible. Our technicians (we would rather be called that than mechanics) are proud of what they do for a living, and they put in considerable effort to stay informed and further their automotive education.

We welcome the opportunity to be of service to you!
